Over the last 24hrs I've had numerous reports from customers of Evri tracker updating to say delivery has been attempted when this in in fact not true. My guess is that they are having trouble coping with the volume created by the latest amazon sale and are using this tactic to delay deliveries. In the meantime I have spent most of my day updating customers and apologizing. has anyone else had the same issue?
