I sold a pair of bike tyres about a week and a half ago. I dispatched them using eBay’s default Evri service. I can see through tracking that Evri tried to deliver twice, with the last attempt being over a week ago, but since then Evri have done nothing. I have been paid, but would like to help the buyer. If Evri/eBay have now lost the parcel, they need to reimburse the buyer, but I can’t find a way to make that happen.
