Evri have stopped trying to deliver my sale

I sold a pair of bike tyres about a week and a half ago. I dispatched them using eBay’s default Evri service. I can see through tracking that Evri tried to deliver twice, with the last attempt being over a week ago, but since then Evri have done nothing. I have been paid, but would like to help the buyer. If Evri/eBay have now lost the parcel, they need to reimburse the buyer, but I can’t find a way to make that happen.

Evri have stopped trying to deliver my sale

With Simple Delivery eBay refund the buyer for loss or damage in transit and you keep the payment.   So ask the buyer to open a "Not received” claim and they will get their money back from ebay.
