Hi
It's my first time using evri to send something I sold on ebay. I purchased a label but then what do I do? I looked up Evri website it says I need to 'book' a locker or drop-off. But throughout the process I had no option to book this within ebay. On Evri's own website, I need to purchase a new label to 'book' this, and there is no way I can enter the tracking code I already have.
I suppose I can't use a locker, but can I just turn up at a ParcelShop and let them scan the bar code I get?

If you haven't already you can find your nearest drop off point by entering your postcode on this page on the Evri site.

You can also zoom into an area on the map it should show you local pick-up points:
You can then click the pins and it will give you the address details on the side of the page:

Look like its picking up my location in Ireland. Taking the last bit off the link fixes the error (?parcelshop=true).

Thanks for your support. In the end it just worked out no problem. I just turned up in a ParcelShop and they successfully scanned it.
I don't think I would've been able to use a locker though, as you have to 'book' it and I wasn't able to, as described in my original message.
The whole process did feel more confusing with Evri than RoyalMail
