Hi, I sent a parcel ooff to a client but it was never delivered. I have given the client a full refund so how do I claim from Evri? Nothing very clear anywhere I can find.

It is unwise to use any service without understanding how much you are covered for and how to claim. Evri usually have a maximum claim limit of £20.
