Evri & Londis

Need help purchased something with an Evei postage it was delivered a couple of days ago but I didn't receive a delivery notification email!! The item was to be picked up from Londis but when I got there they are saying they need a barcode to scan to be able to release the parcel!! Most other places I collect Evri packages don't require a barcode, they usually scan the item, then check I-D then you sign!! Has anyone had a similar issue?

I don't use Evri, but check your order details see if there's a code there.

Otherwise,  you'll need to contact eBay Customer Services,  hopefully they can provide this code for you.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Perhaps it's best to contact them very first thing in the morning when the lines first open, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
