I am an ebay seller and EVRI damaged my parcel in transit. I have refunded my buyer but now am out of pocket for the item and delivery fees. How do I claim a refund with Evri. All the information on their website is for buyers who's parcel hasn't arrived. The automated customer service phone line just keeps saying contact the seller. That's me! Very frustrating as I can't get hold of anyone at EVRI. Help please?
