Error when generating label

Hi, can anyone help, I am getting an error code when trying to generate a postal label - ' something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label' 

this has happened a couple of times now, this time it's not allowing it at all either on computer to my phone. Please help, any advice.

The meassage suggests ebay have a problem,so best take your items to your local post office to be paid for and posted,as there is never a timeframe given to site issue fixes!
