Hi everyone,
I recently had a listing removed under the counterfeit item policy. I filed an appeal, but unfortunately it was rejected. To avoid issues, I went ahead and ended the listing completely.
The problem is that even though I now have zero active listings, my selling allowance still shows that the ended item is taking up my quota. For example, my limit is 15 items / £800 per month, but the system is showing I only have 9 items and ~£60 remaining and the remainder being active in listings — even though I don’t actually have any items listed anymore. I have attached a screenshot of my active listings and monthly allowance below:

This is blocking me from listing new inventory and it’s really hurting my ability to sell. I already contacted customer support, and they said they escalated it to another team to review.
Has anyone experienced this before? Does eBay eventually free up the allowance once an appeal is closed, or do I need to wait until next month for it to reset?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
