Strange way to go about relisting or listing similar!
If you choose to create your next listing by using list similar, why do you end the original listing?
I do this all the time, using an active listing or an inactive listing to create similar listings, but do not end the active listing as there is no need to end, or when using an Inactive listing only delete it if do not intend to relist.
Inactive is ebay’s new word for unsold/ended items list.
