Email customer services?

Hi there I'm having a problem contacting eBay as there seems no email customer services as I was debited £260 which was taken from Ebay even if it was from a seller ebay still took the money. I sent them the copy of the bank statement to prove but the email keeps getting sent back. Is there a direct email address where someone can deal with this problem. Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Nope,  no email for eBay it's a Call Back option. 

Lines are open now,  but I do recommend waiting until tomorrow morning,  and trying first thing when the lines first open at 8 a.m. for 'live agents ',  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

There is not an email address for Ebay.

I assume the money was taken from your bank to pay for an Ebay purchase?
