Editing tracking number from "Ebay simpel delivery"

hi, due to a request from the buyer, I ended up using a different service rather than the one offered by Ebay simple Delivery. 

Got a new tracking number and the item is being shipped to the correct address, but I have no way of editing the tracking number on ebay, and get the money back from the pre paid postage label, that the site wants me to use. 

So far the buyer is aware of the actual tracking number, but currently stuck with the website, as well as losing out on a couple £! 

Any way to solve this?

The option to upload a different tracking number  is no longer available.   All you can do now is send to buyer in message.  You would still be able to add the new number to a "not received" case if the buyer opened one though.    The money may be held for up to 14 days.

If you paid for the original label (ie. had free postage on the  listing)  you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
(the line about needing to be sent with a tracked service in order to receive the refund no longer applies).
If the buyer paid for it it will be refunded automatically in 30 days.

Open the SD label to mark the item as dispatched -  Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code.
