Ebays authentication process

So a designer bag was returned as ebays authetication couldnt verify it. I have refunded buyer and have since had it authenticated by 2 professional authenticators with certificates. Im so annoyed with ebay as i was made to lool like i was selling fakes which i do not do. Not only did it cost me a sale but made me out to be a crook.

Your bag did not pass the authenticator stage so wherever you purchased it, sold you that fake.

eBay's messages can be a little harsh I agree, but end of the day ' on paper'  knowledgeable or not about your item,  you were trying to sell a fake, which as you know is illegal not just on eBay,  but anywhere in the UK.

Sadly you are wrong the item is not fake and has now been authenticated by a much more specialist authenticator and is now listed for sale for almost 3 times the amount originally listed for , so clearly ebays authenticators are not up to the job and your opinion is worthless.

Thanks for the kind words.  No need for rudeness here when people are just trying to help.

I obviously cannot seen the item , so can only go by the manufacturer's authentication eBay pass your item too,  and your item failed.

End of the day whatever the issue,  you cannot sell this item on eBay, and need to find another platform to sell this bag.
