hello people I'm new here I bought a watch on ebay and today the box arrived empty and unopened the postman was a bit suspicious he gave me a phone number where I could make a complaint I called and waited for an hour on the phone after which it hung up on ebay I keep trying to report but a robot answers telling me that the package has been delivered please how can I solve this problem thank you very much

Meantime follow plpmr's advice to open a case for item not as described, NOT one for item not received,  escalate on day 4,  if not refunded beforehand.

Do not close the case early for anything the seller may promise or say,  and don't forget to escalate.
