For a couple of sales recently, I have said only Royal Mail is the courier as it's all I have available to me where I live. The buyer clicks on second class Royal Mail, but what it defers to is Yodel (not available in my village) or DPD (also not available!). The latest time, the buyer paid 90p for postage. Which Yodel said was going to cost me £2.65 and which Royal Mail delivery was £2. Which I paid in the end myself as it wasn't worth the hassle of telling the buyer I couldn't post it.
any ideas why this is happening and how I can just ONLY use Royal Mail and nothing else and make sure that's the only postage method available for the buyer?
