Ebay unable to create voucher

Though I have been using Nectar Vouchers with no problems, eBay is now unable to create one. 

The message I keep getting is 'We ran inti a problem and can't create your voucher right now. Please try again later',

I have tried over a number of days without success.

Suggestions welcome.

So have several other members as there is a site issue,and nothing can be done until the ebay tech team fix it,and ebay are aware of the errors.

Do you know if Ebay is actually  working on the problem.
