I have left reviews for items that I have bought, but when I look on sellers reviews I can't find my review

Did you leave a product review or feedback for the seller.   Only the latter will be on the seller's account.

If you left a product review for sellers, if there not showing it could be because the item hasn't been reviewed yet, or because it isn't in ebay's  product catalogue.
