I ordered an item on click and collect. Although I retrieved the item from the store on time, Ebay send me texts and email reminders every day to pick it up. I answer on their reminder emails that it has been picked up, but their reminder says that they don't read replies. So how do I stop these annoying reminders? Anybody?
