Ebay refusing payouts to customers

I have tried to link a bank account well 2 now actually and eBay has refused my bank statement PDF as it is too small 30kb and it states it is under the 100kb file size.

Ebay has blocked me for 24hrs from call me feature and via the official phone numbers.

I have tried the contact ebay another way by email form. And this failed after 10mins of typing when I pressed send.

Ebay is refusing all contact.

I am unable to get through to them.

Can someone advise what I do now.

I have £5000 in funds and ebay seem to be refusing any form of contact. Tried live chat, phone calls.

Unsure what is going on. I have documentation from my bank they have requested but the filesize it too small.

I need the money for urgent treatment and I have all but been blanked.

Been no voilence or abuse what so ever so a 24hr block is disgusting.

eBay do not accept emails or phone calls their communication is through a Call Back option.

If you contact CS now, there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I understand that you are frustrated and angry but you will simply have to do what Ebay has asked - provide your bank statement in a different format - and wait.

You have previously made a few low value sales and, because of the value of this sale, they are doing checks.  If they feel you are repeatedly contacting them and asking the same questions, then this is why they have blocked you.

Send them the documentation they have requested and then you will just have to wait.

Remember that the buyer has up to 30 days to start a case and return the expensive item so this is protecting you as well.
