What to do if order a parcel and the seller sent the parcel to a different address asked eBay for help eBays answer is that I had shipping info case closed  my post code pe301qy

You should contact Ebay Customer Services, speak to an agent and get them to look at the tracking and compare it to your address.

If they won't help, try your payment provider.
