Ebay do sometimes put payment holds on accounts, but they have recently changed their system so payments are not made automatically to your bank account but have to be requested.

It may seem that you are cheating Ebaya of their fees as you are running a business on a private account and not paying Ebay the listing fees or final value fees they are due.

However on the subject of not getting money due - looking at your listings its clear that you are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.

Private seller don't hold stocks of brand new items and off multi buy discounts.

factually you should be paying eBay fees when you are not - because you are incorrectly registered.
