Hello,
I was scammed together with two other ebay users, and despite having paid for ebay buyer protection, I am receiving no real assistance from the platform. Instead, I am being redirected to the different payment method without any concrete solution.
I never received the package, which is clearly visible from the tracking information, yet ebay has done nothing to resolve the matter. This give me the impression that ebay is unwilling to help, or even benefits from scammers operationg freerly on the platform.
So far, I have received zero help, and I am extremely disappointed.
Please let me know how this situation will be resolved

We are members like yourself, with no access to your account and transactions, so can only work with whatever information you provide for us.
You have not received your item, and are you saying tracking does not show delivery ? Then, proceed this way:
If the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
You can open the above case for a full refund, one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery.

It would help if you explained what has happened so far.
You bought an item.
It was not delivered to you.
Did you actually receive anything from the seller?
Did you open a claim stating the item had not been received?
If it was the camera, it was sent using Ebay Simple Delivery so, if the claim was straightforward, Ebay should have settled it.
More information will mean better advice and, although we are only other members like you, we may be able to advise on 'next steps'.

It's nigh on impossible for a buyer to get scammed and lose out on eBay.
What happened when you opened an eBay item not received claim?

Customer Services do unfortunately, sadly offer wrong advice as they have done here, if it was CS advising you to open a PayPal case and not one with eBay.
Sorry, that Is SO wrong !
Open the eBay case as I have described in my post above, ignore anything the seller says, just escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
Do NOT open a PayPal case as well, as this looks like you are after 2 refunds. Stick to the eBay case, and don't forget to escalate.

Okay, so you opened an eBay item not received claim and lost it because tracking showed delivery to a Royal Mail locker?
Is that locker anything to do with you, is it the delivery address showing on your order details?
