Ebay has blocked my items . Says the are bladed but they are not

Ebay has blocked my items from being sold. The items infringe there v#bladed ites police, however the items do not have blades they are simply springs for use on gardening secateurs. I don't sell any bladed items

eBay has released a stringent policies on all ' bladed' items and those deemed to be bladed,  secateurs fall into their category .

This is what eBay says,  re the selling of secateurs:

Yes, secateurs (pruning shears) are considered bladed items on eBay UK and are subject to the same restrictions as other knives and bladed products. This means that they cannot be sold to individuals under 18, require age verification, and must be delivered in a specific manner.

  Please note that the sale of many types of knives and bladed items is already prohibited on eBay. However, legal bladed products for sale in the UK can be sold to custome...Seller Centre page.

I don't sell secateurs. I sell springs. The springs are spare parts to be used on secateaurs and other tools. I don't sell any blades! Surele selling springs cannot be restricted!

The items I sell don't have blades - they are springs - spare parts.

There is a page to RESOLVE the restriction. However that page doesn't work!

All the options for me to take any action have been greyed out. 

Is there any way I can talk to a real person (like in the old days) , since ebay robot doesn't understand what I am trying to say?

Yep I agree with you they are not blades,  but these items are searched / checked by AI bots, and perhaps the worder ' pruner' in the title suggests a cutting implement of sorts, and the over eager bot has picked up on that and removed your listing.

That's the only thing I can think of here.

Yes you are certainly correct. Ebay is driven bu a program which is not intelligent enough to know these items are not blades. But why can't I resolve it. The resolve option is greyed out, and I can't find how I can get this sorted. I need a real person to unblock my items please EBAY!!!!!
