I bought gold cross but then left country, told seller post it near time when im back in UK. Parcel was posted but I didn't fly home that date I stayed on a further week. RM signed for parcel it wasn't even my signature, I contacted RM but still waiting to hear back. I proved to seller by my flight tickets and bus & booking tickets that I wasn't even in country, I'm wondering did he fail to inform ebay of this? Now ebay closed case, I'm very angry at this, RM have failed to say where parcel was posted or left because can't tell on photo.. What can I do now ? Ask ebay, call ebay but on what number... Will RM reimburse me compensate me.... Im lost here about these practise they happen all time now saying delivery proof of a picture but this parcel was signed for special delivery.... But i did not sign for it.

You only have 30 days, from expected delivery date to open a case, and in any case if tracking shows as delivered that is it as far as ebay are concerned.
Seller if posting outside the stated time, loses all seller protection, so really you should not have bought so close to being out of the Country, and asking seller to delay postage, just puts him more at risk.
You should speak to your payment provider to see if they can help with a chargeback.

Was there nobody at your property to accept the parcel when it was delivered?
If Royal Mail and the seller both confirm delivery to the correct address (and Special Delivery items are tracked at every stage) then you will probably not be compensated. The signature is not really relevant. Any person at the correct address could sign for it.
What does the RM tracking show? It should have a map and a GPS number as well as a precise time the item was delivered.
