Ebay have been hounding me to pay them zero, how do you pay them zero? My bank and legal team told me to ignore ebay@ebay.com, but they will blackened my credit and I'll have to stay in Wales and be torture still daily by Welsh police and Welsh public. I won't be able to rent a property in civilised England, if ebay@ebay.com send in the credit collectors of credit which is zero. Anyone know what to do as I've tried everything to sort this

Are you sure the email came from eBay? There are so many spoof message flying around and they look very, very real.
Contact eBay Customer Services, but only very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there's more chance of Dublin answering. Ask them to confirm the message came from them, if it is zero, what can be done to stop the unsettling messages of sending bailiffs round.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
As said, I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

There is no phone number for eBay, and they do not answer emails, I have provided the link for you above for Customer Services, and it's a Call Back option.
Use that link now, the lines have just opened and there's a good chance Dublin will answer.

No-one here knows the facts of your situation. If you have a "legal team" they presumably do, so take their advice.

Somehow I cannot see debt collectors coming round to collect nothing. Debt collectors have to be real people, not unintelligent robots.
