Ebay Postage

I sold a CD, didn't realise the buyer had paid for Ebay delivery. I posted & paid for it myself & then went to mark it as dispatched but the option wasn't there. Can the buyer get a refund & will I get paid given I can't mark it as dispatched?

Use a laptop / PC and Chrome see if you can manually change the service used and tracking, if not,  you can contact eBay Customer Services and they should be be able to change this for you.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If tracking cannot be change and none therefore can show delivery,  your payout will be held for 14 days before release.

See if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number. 

If not contact ebay and ask them to change the tracking number.   You can use callback on here:

The cost of the unused label will be refunded to the buyer.
