EVRI Keeps Claiming Delivery When They Havent Been To My Address

This has been going on for a long time now, to me and many of my friends and family.

For me personally they claim they attempted delivery to "my business" or "business was closed" when this is my home, and is occupied 24/7 with an open porch with instruction to leave items in there, and my CCTV shows they have not been to my address.

This has happened on some 250+ deliveries to me alone over the last 6 months, not all from ebay.  I have next to no problems with Royal Mail or others like Amazon, and even when I've asked them to drop my item off at my local Post Office/petrol station, which is open 6 am till 10 pm 7 days a week, they claim that it's closed too.

I've also had to travel to one of their depots with a cost of £200 to myself to pick up my items before.

So now I only buy/sell using Royal Mail, but still EVRI end up with my items, so 95% of my UK online buying is coming from Amazon now, and I'm sadly about to give up on using ebay totally.

This is the same across Torbay, nearly all my friends' businesses are refusing to use EVRI, with the problems started in around 2023 but for a year it's a total joke, and it's doesn't matter how I try I can't get in contact with them, even asking for callbacks doesn't work, only AI, or get a message saying something like: "we are investigating your enquiry, good by" and their website you just go around in circles.

How can a company of that size have no real way of contacting them?

Sorry for the long rant.

I've been reading the reviews on Trustpilot for EVRI, and by far the worst company of their size.

They have the worst ratings with 12% giving 1-star bad reviews and 16% giving a bad 3-stars or less, and a whopping 22% giving some negativity in 4-stars, and 80% giving a bad recent review, with 1 in 10 not receiving their items at all, and many not receiving items repeatedly.

So you have a 1 in 10 chance of never getting what you paid for, does that sound like good odds to you?

I just add, If I can disable using EVRI, I will love to say using ebay, as I don't want to close my accounts, but, I sadly see many posts on here with thousands of views and loads of posts about how bad EVRI is, many about them losing their items, others not being able to contact them.

I really hope eBay fix this problem, as personally EVRI has cost me £1000's in lost items I have sold, and brought over the last 2 years alone.   https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.evri.com?stars=1
