I received my first neutral feedback after years of being a positive ebayer. The sale had gone through the global shipping programme and I had done everything required, even posting it the very next day. The item still arrived late with the buyer, through no fault of my own. They left the feedback, then sent a message to say the item arrived the following day. I asked eBay to remove feedback and they refused. What can/should I do or should I just refuse to use eBay’s global shipping programme I the future? Seems very, very unfair! @everyone
