I sold an item that was delivered two days ago. It is recorded on the order page as delivered.
This is a regular occurrence and not acceptable. As usual, eBay treating their sellers like scum.
Has anyone complained to the FSA about eBay hanging on to people money?

I highly doubt that any of the mentors (who are the only people allowed to respond on these boards), have complained to the FSA.
You do realise that by listing something for sale you have agreed with all of ebay's terms and conditions, which include the payment holds?

If you have tracking details to show delivery and the payment have not been released 2 days on from delivery then contact ebay here, who can release the funds for you eBay Customer Service

Tracking showing delivery will release your payout 2 days after that delivery date.
However, there may be current holds up to 21 days especially if you are a returning seller after having a bit of a break from selling.
This is for security for your account and for your buyers, eBay wish to see a record of items being delivered as this shows the genuine seller has returned to selling. Sudden selling activity on a dormant account can be a sign that the account has been hijacked.
