EBay new rules means buyers get FREE items

If you send something second class, it is not tracked or in majority of cases even no photos.

i have items I’ve recently purchased that should show delivered, the tracking info is incorrect and displaying for e.g label created.

all I need to do now is report item not arrived and I will get full refund even thou I have the item.

This has always been the case.

If you do not have tracking and a buyer claims an item has not been received, you would have to refund as you have no proof of that delivery.

Buyers can still claim for non delivery, but if they don't,  most people thankfully are honest,  then with no tracking payouts are held for 14 days before release.
