EBay is saying my account is in Asia

When I try to sell an item, it comes up saying that I have to contact an Asian eBay when I'm in the uk as my account was set up there, when it wasn't, it  was set up here in the uk

Try clearing your devices cookies and cache,signing out of ebay then back in again,as your profile shows you as registered in the UK

It could be an ebay site issue.
