I have just sold an item and sent it to the buyer by Royal Mail Tracked. Royal Mail on their website show the item has been delivered but EBay say it hasn’t so are holding the funds. The buyer has confirmed to me that he has received it. I’ve tried asking for help but eBay say they are holds g on to the funds until it’s delivered. Is there a way to tell them it hasn’t been delivered? Their automatic system seems to have failed here.
