EBay has not paid me the full amount of net earnings.

Buyer paid postage as agreed, I as the seller have also been charged for postage. Over 48 hours have passed since the item was delivered and my balance is short of what my net earnings on the item are.Using the automated assisstant is proving fruitless. How do I get this resolved as I am now out of pocket?

We are members like you and have no access to  your account, but why don’t you look in payments, ALL TRANSACTIONS, then you can see what is going on.

Yeah, I’ve looked there and it’s not obvious why eBay have under paid me - the sums don’t add up. Is there a way to raise a case with eBay?
