EBay and EBay commerce U.K. Ltd

Hi, I bought an item from EBay Commerce U.K. Ltd. It has the wrong email address for me so  I can’t find my order. ( I can only see it on Pay pal, and the order hasn’t been dispatched). I trying to establish if EBay or  Ebay commerce U.K. Ltd are the same company and how I contact them. I’ve tried the chat bot but unsuccessfully. So how do I:-

 speak to someone,

any ideas what I can do,

are both eBay and eBay commerce the same company,

You don't need to contact Ebay.  You need to open a case saying you have not received your item.

I assume you bought as a guest, otherwise you would be able to see the item in purchases when you log into this account.

You may have made this purchase as a Guest Purchase,  so there will be no details on your eBay account,  as it wasn't used for buying.

Just to add, you didn't buy anything from ebay, you bought from a seller that uses ebay to sell on.
