EBay Want To Charge Me Extra.

I won a bid & the price was $26.50. When I go to pay, eBay want to charge me $31.80. Why is this?

20% tax (5.30) is being added on because you are buying from an overseas seller.

Ebay collect the tax - they pass it on and don't keep it.
