EBAY TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

Hi everyone iv been receiving alerts from my bank saying , eBay commerce limited have been TRYING TO TAKE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT???? And eBay wonders why I won’t update my bank account details WHEN EBAY IS ACTUALLY TRYING TO SCAM ME WELL EBAY I HAVE ALL THE BANK DETAILS REGARDING THIS ISSUE, At one time eBay tried to take £1595 for my account and iv loads more???JUST BEEN ADVISED TO REPORT IT TO THE POLICE,, because they is no way I O eBay the total amount that eBay has tried to scam me out of just been checking my bank account and OMG IT TOTAL IS OVER £9000 thousand pounds of to police station in morning and Solicitor involved for compensation

We are members like yourself with no access to your account, but this is very serious money , so you need to speak to eBay asap who do have that access and can see what is going on.

I have contact the police and sent some of my bank details regarding eBay
and contacting me today been advised it mybe a civil matter or a criminal
offence, I make no wonder eBay are harassing me for my bank details again
iv saved all correspondence regarding this issue thanks for your concern, I
need to contact are family solicitors regarding the stress and duress and
confusion regarding this matter. Been advised not to say too much regarding
the situation because it will affect the outcome thanks anyway ste

Yes, legal advice is definitely needed here for those amounts.

It will not be ebay trying to scam you.

It is much more likely to be that someone has got access to your debit card details and is using it to make purchases on ebay.  Because ebay processes the payments the bank records it as a payment to ebay.

This explanation is even more likely if you haven't given ebay your account details. 

You need to report the attempts to your bank as unauthorised transactions and cancel your debit card.
