You mean to use for postage?

You can,  but only for items under the value oof £10 and under the weight of 100g.

Be aware, for those items after the 15th April, you would need to wait 14 days for your payout to be released.

I Sell stamps, Let me explain 1 stamp weighs 5grams  say it sells for 50 uk pounds can I still post using my already purchased, that I Have.

No, you will not be able to use your own postage to post, as that item has a value of £50 it will not be exempt from Simple Delivery postage, whilst light obviously under the 100g.  it is over the allowed £10 in value for it to be exempt from SD, come April 15th.
