I purchased 7 items from a seller who has decided not to complete the sale. He will not send me the items and I have contacted him 6 times were not will he respond to me. Upon reading is feedback almost all customers have put never received items nor will the seller respond to them . This is exactly what I have got. I speak to eBay who just say he doesn’t need to respond to u it’s his choice were I find that wrong nor we can’t do owt for u as he still has a active account even though he may not have the items anymore and still taking money from people like he does have them. I have also done a reporting the seller but again I haven’t seen any refund. I no after the estimated date I can put in an item not received request and hope eBay will refund me that way but not holding my breath here. Would anyone recommend anything else to try sort this quicker as like say looks like seller is a fake and just takes the money and doesn’t deliver the goods.thanks in advance

eBay's Money Back Guarantee and Buyer Protection cover you against not receiving your items, so you can't lose out here.
Once the estimated delivery date has passed simply open eBay item not received claims for each item.

There is no quicker way to receive your refund, and there's ' no hoping' you will be refunded, because you will, claiming an item not received, under eBay's 30 day MBG , Money Back Guarantee policy, if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
You do have to wait one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery then proceed to open a case as below. If this was 7 separate purchases, then 7 separate cases need to be opened.
As the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
You can leave appropriate feedback.
If 7 cases are opened, escalated giving the seller 7 defects on their account, I think their selling days will be over.

It could well be that seller wants to send a combined invoice, but like many things on ebay that is not working and has not been working for several weeks. He could also be confused by ‘simple” postage which no doubt wants him to pay for 7 postage labels.
