Not as simple as you think Ebay not really 'simple delivery'

Today took my first order using 'simple delivery - not simple as label for 750g for a t- shirt supplied produced from QR code was for a large letter not a parcel.

I usually used Tracked 48 and buy my postage online from Royal Mail which for £3.39 allows for parcels up to 2kg. 

I've now had to cancel the order

Think there will be a lot of cancellations. “Simple “ means just that it is an inadequate service forced on sellers by ebay’s lack of support for sellers. If they can temporally offer an ADVANCED postage system that works, it does not say much for a system that guesses what sort of label seller needs. 

Were you able to cancel the useless label or did you just end up out of pocket, paying postage twice.
