E/Bay can,t send invoice message keeps coming up "try again later" since yesterday.

If clearing cache and cookies,  logging off then log back on again  or switching devices and browsers doesn't help, contact Customer Services they can see if your account is blocked in some way, or perhaps see what the issue is here.

Lines open for ' live agents' 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
