E-Bay balance shows a minus of over £80 since a customer cancelled order

Today a buyer purchased and paid for one of my items. Not long after she requested a cancellation, I confirmed the cancellation. Ever since my e-bay balance is showing a minus of over £80. Why would this be

Probably because the funds for the original payment hadn't cleared in the system.
