Dress that didnt match description or photo

I am trying to return a dress to the seller. The seller has agreed to pay for the return postage but won't provide me with a label that I can print out. The automated system doesn't understand my problem. I just want the seller to message me with the link to print a label, but they say they cannot do this. Where do I go with this ????

adding to the advice already given -

from your feedback it would seem that your seller is registered in China and the item was located in china, so you will need ebay's help via a case.
