If you wish to sell all Brand New items, if are buying items to sell, or making your items, there is no choice, to be correctly registered you need to use a Business account to sell those items.
If you wish to sell your unwanted, used items, say a garage / attic/ wardrobe clear out these are sold from a Private account.
You can own more than one eBay account, just use a different email and different username ID for each account.
