Does anyone know how I can email or speak to someone from ebay

I have ordered something on ebay which hasn't arrived and the seller has no record of the transaction. The money has gone from my account. The item doesn't show on my account activity.

This might be a scam but everything looks authentic.

All I want to do is speak to someone from ebay but I can't find a way of doing so.

Can anyone help?

Guest buyer perhaps ?? --- if so it will not appear on your eBay account summary ... instead search here >

If you bought as a guest, then the seller will not know you as your ID. 

Follow the links that have been provided, there is no need to speak to ebay, it just pays to read email confirming the purchase.

Could you of bought on ebay as a guest,as that would mean you need to refer to the email confirmation you would of received when you paid,as order details won't show in your ebay account.
