A Seller sold me "items not fit for consumption" as they were out of date 10+ months! I returned the items via Royal Mail to Seller and informed them. I did not use the prepaid Ebay label and therefore could not mark these items as dispatched. Seller will not respond to several messages and now the date has passed for items to be dispatched ie 22 September - these items were returned on 09 September. No response/refund from Seller and I can't find a contact telephone number for EBay! Anyone able to help?

You can contact ebay by requesting a callback on here:

You can only get help from ebay, if you open and return through a proper return case.
Returning outside ebay is not wise, as any refund is unenforceable.

Thanks for that John, but do you have a telephone number for "a human person" in EBay?
