Do all bought items go to a drop off point instead of home

You can still arrange collection with Royal Mail.   You can opt out of using Evri at your My eBay > Account > Postage preferences.   Then once your item has sold and after you've generated a prepaid label on eBay you can book your collection on the Royal Mail website.

Sorry, my answer was for you as a seller.    As a buyer you can select postage to your home or Click & Collect when you buy.
