Dispatched, item Button, add trackinvg

Ive  posted an item via Evri, advised the buyer and sent all info. 

But the dispatched item button isn't in the drop down box. 

It now says item overdue but it's been sent 

Where or how can I add the tracking info ..its all changed? 

It says go to order and select add tracking but it isn't there! 

Never had this problem before

Did you use the eBay supplied label?

If so tracking should already be applied,if you didn't find the item in your listings then Top left , click on view order details>right > More Actions drop down menu then select Mark as Dispatched and add tracking.

If that doesn't wotk contact Customer Service and ask them to add it for you.
