Digusting seller

I purchased the amazon clearance, I received the package on time by Evry. 

But the seller also in her response back was very rude 

The items I received,  some of them from TEMU . Some of them are left over screws from IKEA , also , Halloween costum very bad smell full of damp, mist   the items are useless . All I want , is to be aware about sellers like this or if please if you buy a clearance box or mistery box make sure you can return the items . I buy before mistery boxes and I was very happy.  . This time this seller knows what she doing scamming people collecting clothes from dumpster or different items collected from Temu site and she scam people on ebay .

You can open a "not as described" return and seller pays return postage.

Not only can you get a full refund, you can leave negative feedback. 

When leaving fb keep it brief, saying too much only gives seller the chance to have it removed if you say something not allowed.Also of course mark down star ratings.

I can not do nothing ,I lost my money  , EBay close case , no appeal.  Case close

Ebay only closes cases for item not as described if you open them after 30 days from delivery or you don't manage the case and it times out.

If buyers keep to the time frames it is virtually unheard of for them to lose.

Looks like you tried to claim too late with eBay, and another case for the item with eBay,  cannot be opened.

Turn now to your payment provider for help with your refund.

eBay don't allow the sale of 'mystery boxes', so I do wonder if this is the reason why you couldn't use eBay's buyer protection.

If you paid with a debit or credit card you could try your card provider, but I think that this is one of the rare circumstances under which you'll lose because how can you claim that the contents of a mystery box are not as described when they're not described in the first place?

The moral here is to not buy 'mystery boxes' - logic dictates that if there's anything of value there it'll be removed and sold separately.
