Hi! I did order a digiquest satellite receiver! And I try to cancel the item because is wrong item, I put my order id number and order number  but Ebay said no order I placed! But the company get the money out from my bank and I'm wondering if was a scum 

Plus I did order and paid a pair of earrings again placed the payment and contact the seller! They said didn’t received any order! And I'm really concerning if Ebay is safe to pay feeling let down from Ebay

If you are not finding your purchases on your eBay account maybe you didn't use your account to buy,  but bought as a  ' Guest Purchase.'

The best option is  to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2. 

From there you will be able to select the view order details  and if you need to  how to open a case .

If you are unable to do so from that point on you will need to speak to  Customer Services,  they  can verify that you are the person who made the purchase and assist you with opening a claim.
