Different postal method used rather than simple delivery.

Hi, how can I remove or change the Evri option when I posted an item out via a different means? It is saying overdue though, was posted via other service. Help!

If the item has already been posted , now you cannot change the tracking, or mark as dispatched.  If you initially triggered a Simple Delivery label,  this marks the item as dispatched,  if the SD label is not used, the buyer of that label is refunded,  but it can take 30 days.

Your payment may be delayed for that item a minimum of 14 days,  longer if there are any other current holds.
