Did not receive all of my order

Hiya please help if did not receive all of my order and the seller is saying he as sent 2 box's????

I would give a couple of days to see if box 2 turns up,if not open a case for item not as described DO NOT claim item not received as you have received something but not all of your order.

The seller will have to prove delivery or refund total order after you return at their expense.
